The Grand View InnWe work very hard to maintain the laid-back atmosphere you are looking for in a guest house. There are just a few things we ask you to remember when planning your trip, so that we may best serve all of our guests.

Deposit

Deposit required to hold your room for stays 3 nights or longer is 50% of the total room rate.  100% deposit for 1 or 2 night stays. Deposit by check due within 7 days of making reservation.  Balance is due upon check-in.  We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard.  Personal checks are accepted for deposit.  No checks are accepted at arrival.

Cancellations

If cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50 processing fee.  The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made less than two weeks prior.

Early Departure or Late arrivals

No refund.  Stays that are shortened due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may want to consider purchasing trip insurance.  There is no refund for shortened stays.

Check-In Policy

Check-in time is 2:00 pm.  If you are arriving after 5 pm,  please call to advise us of your arrival time.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. for you and your car.

Parking

We encourage  you to leave your car at home. You really don’t need one in Provincetown.  We have limited parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Because we cannot guarantee parking for all of our rooms, we ask that you let us know the time of day you plan to arrive.  This will assist us in at least trying to secure a parking space for your vehicle.

Pet Policy

We welcome your pets for $20 a night per pet.  We ask that you keep your pet under your control at all times.  You are responsible for any damage done by your pet in the room, common area or on the property.  Please keep your pet off the furniture and bed.  If your pet disturbs the other guests (barking, aggressive, etc) we have the right to ask that you kennel your pet.  No refund will be given if your pet is required to be kenneled.
